RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. If your purchase is faulty, we would be most happy to provide exchanges or returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unused and in its original condition.
- Damage is reported within 2 days of receipt with proof picture.
- Originals receipts would need to be included
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 2 days of the delivery date.
2. EXCHANGES AT OUR STORES
2.1 You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition to any of our stores.
2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the store immediately after evaluation by our retail associates that it is valid.
2.3 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash.
2.4 There will be no cash refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s) but a vouchers with the difference will be provided and must be used at our stores within 90 days of the exchange date.
3. CUSTOM MADE ORDER
3.1 Custom made orders are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
3.2 Defects, if any must is reported within 2 days of receipt with proof picture and we will repair the defect free of charge.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of misuse.
